Missed calls are lost jobs
A customer calls during a busy shift and gets voicemail. Another sends a WhatsApp message at 8pm and waits until morning. A third lands on your site at midnight, finds no way to ask a question, and books whoever answers first.
None of that is a marketing problem. The lead already found you — it was lost in the gap between the enquiry and the reply.
How it works
Step 1
We set it up
We build the script in your voice and load your FAQs, services, hours and prices — so it answers the way you would.
Step 2
It answers and books
Every call, message and chat gets a reply immediately, day or night, and appointments go straight into your calendar.
Step 3
You get the lead
The contact details and a summary of the conversation arrive in your inbox or CRM, so you pick up knowing what they want.
Three channels
Same receptionist, wherever your customers reach you.
-
WhatsApp — where we start in the Caribbean
In Saint Lucia and across the region, WhatsApp is where enquiries actually arrive. Answering that one channel properly usually recovers more work than spreading across three at once, so it is the channel we recommend most Caribbean businesses deploy first.
-
Phone
Answers after hours and when the line is busy, qualifies the caller, takes the booking, and sends you the summary — instead of voicemail nobody returns.
-
Web chat
Catches the visitor who has one question standing between them and booking, at the moment they have it.

Done for you, not handed to you
Plenty of tools will sell you a chatbot and leave you to write the script, wire the calendar, and work out why it answers the wrong question. That is a project, and it tends to sit half-finished.
This is managed. We build it, connect it, watch what it gets wrong in the first weeks, and keep tuning it. You approve the script and read the reports — the setup and the maintenance are ours.
See what it would answer for your business.
The free audit looks at where your enquiries come in now and which channel is losing the most.

Frequently asked questions
Will it sound robotic?
We write the script in your voice, from your own words about how you talk to customers, and tune it monthly as you see what people actually ask. It is clear and helpful rather than pretending to be a person — most customers do not mind talking to an assistant as long as it answers quickly and gets them to the right next step.
Can it book into my calendar?
Yes. It books appointments straight into the calendar you already use, so a slot filled at midnight is on your schedule when you wake up. You can keep manual approval on bookings if you would rather confirm them yourself.
Does it work on WhatsApp?
Yes, and for Caribbean businesses that is usually where we start. WhatsApp is where most enquiries already arrive here, so answering that one channel well tends to recover more work than spreading across three at once. WhatsApp-only starts at EC$250 a month.
What happens with calls it cannot handle?
It hands off. We build escalation triggers into every deployment, so when a conversation needs a person it notifies you, transfers the call, or passes the thread over with everything said so far. It does not guess at an answer to look capable.
Is there a contract?
No. Plans are month to month. We would rather keep you because the work pays for itself than because you signed something.
What if I go over my usage?
Each plan carries a monthly allowance sized to your business during the audit, so it fits from the start. If you consistently run past it we tell you before it becomes a surprise, and either tune the setup or move you to the plan that fits.
How fast can it go live?
A web chat or WhatsApp agent is typically one to two weeks from kick-off to launch. Phone takes longer and depends on your provider and how complex the call flow is. You get a specific timeline after the free audit, before anything is committed.
Do you serve businesses outside Saint Lucia?
Yes. We are based in Castries and work across Saint Lucia and the wider Caribbean, in Austin and Cypress, Texas, and remotely elsewhere. An AI receptionist is delivered entirely online, so where you are does not limit what it can do.
