How this started
Jathan spent twenty years in enterprise technology before bringing it home. Most recently he was Global Director of Customer & Technical Support at LivePerson, leading multi-tiered 24/7 global teams of support engineers — a role he came into as Senior Director at Tenfold, and kept through Tenfold's acquisition by LivePerson. Before that, six years at WP Engine.
Much of that work was conversational AI before most people called it that. At Tenfold and then LivePerson, his teams enabled partners to implement CTI voice and conversational messaging integrations across the leading CRMs — the enterprise version of what now answers the phone for a hardware store in Castries.
Then he moved home to Saint Lucia, and found the gap. The tools he had spent two decades deploying for enterprises — the ones that answer every call, qualify every lead, and never let an inquiry go cold — were nowhere near the businesses here. Not because they wouldn't work. Because nobody had bothered to bring them down to size.
That is what CosmicFlow AI exists to do.
