What is included in a monthly plan?
The AI receptionist running on the channels your plan covers, the script and knowledge base behind it, calendar booking, leads delivered to your inbox or CRM, monthly tuning as you learn what customers actually ask, and a report of what it handled.
Is there a contract?
No. Plans are month to month. We would rather keep you because the work pays for itself than because you signed something.
What happens if I go over my usage?
Each plan carries a monthly allowance sized to your business during the audit, so it fits from the start. If you consistently run past it we tell you before it becomes a surprise, and either tune the setup or move you to the plan that fits.
Is there a setup fee?
Setup is scoped after your free audit. What it takes depends on how many channels you start with, how much of your process already exists in writing, and what it needs to connect to — so we quote it once we have seen your business, not before.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, in either direction, at any point. Most businesses start on one channel and add the others once the first is earning its keep.
How do you decide what I need?
